Beginning her career in the early 1990s, LaTara worked in various roles in taxation and bookkeeping for small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs. Over time she moved into management roles, leading teams of preparers, guiding business-owners through their first tax filings, and developing training programs for finance staff. Her longevity in the industry reflects both her adaptability and her commitment to staying ahead of evolving tax laws and financial trends.

LaTara’s belief in financial literacy for all — individuals, families, and small business owners — led her to found A Different Excellence Financials & Tax Preparation (ADE Financials).
